Great ideas! My mom would choose a gadget over flowers and candy any day, so I really appreciate the ideas! My mom’s been dropping hints about an iPad since Christmas, so I’m thinking it’s probably time to give her what she really wants, lol! In addition to the iPad, since she travels a lot for business still, I’m also going to get her a Sling Adapter to go with her Dish services. She’ll be able to hook it up, download the Dish Remote Access app, and watch all of her favorite shows from back home on her iPad, live or recorded, anywhere she goes in the world. She’ll just need a working 3G/4G or Wi-Fi connection and she’ll be good to go! I’ve used it for a couple years now since I go on business a lot with my job at Dish and love it, so I’m sure she’ll enjoy it just as much as me. :)
