“How can you prevent your Christmas PowerPoint from being pirated?” As Christmas 2012 is drawing near, many people tend to honor this great festival with impressive Christmas PowerPoint. Generally speaking, when one has made an excellent Christmas PowerPoint, he is likely to upload the PowerPoint to websites for sharing with friends. However, there is a great chance that his Christmas PowerPoint will be abused. The advanced technology not only popularizes the usage of Internet, but also thrills the behavior of pirating. Then are there any good ways to prevent the PowerPoint from being pirated?
Once users have added watermark to Christmas PowerPoint, they can make PowerPoint pirating meaningless. Shown as a text or image logo, watermark can be used to hint the copyright of the Christmas PowerPoint or indicate the maker of the Christmas PowerPoint. In fact, adding watermark to Christmas PowerPoint is a frequent way to mark the PowerPoint. Therefore, this post will cover two methods to help users add watermark to their Christmas PowerPoint.
Method One: Make text/image watermark with PowerPoint 2010
Generally speaking, both text watermark and image watermark for Christmas PowerPoint can be used to fight against piracy. Adding watermark to Christmas PowerPoint is not a difficult task. In fact, users can even manage it with the help of PowerPoint 2010. Just as every coin gets two sides, since the added watermark is editable in PowerPoint 2010, the watermark can be removed with a few clicks as well. Unless the Christmas PowerPoint is pirated by green hands, this method won’t do much help.
Step 1: Open PowerPoint 2010, click “View” tab and then choose “Slide Master” option in “Master View” column. After adding watermark to the slide master, the watermark will show in every slide of the Christmas PowerPoint.

Step 2: Then click “Insert” tab and choose “WordArt” icon to add text watermark to the Christmas PowerPoint. Type the text in the box and then adjust the size and position of the watermark logo.

Step 3: Then choose the text watermark, click “Format” tab and then customize the watermark with the options provided. For example, choose the shadow of the watermark with “Shape Effect” and beautify the font with “Quick Styles”.

Step 4: Then click “Slide Master” tab and choose “Close Master View” button to manage the process of adding watermark to Christmas PowerPoint. Of course, one can use similar steps to add image watermark to the slides.

Method Two: Convert PowerPoint to DVD with watermark
An efficient way to protect the copyright of the movies is to add watermark to the movies. Therefore, once users can convert PowerPoint to video and then add watermark to the converted Christmas PowerPoint, there is no need for them to worry about their PowerPoint being abused. After all, it is much harder to remove the watermark of a video than that of a slide. To this extent, users can refer to Moyea PPT to DVD Burner to burn PowerPoint to DVD video with watermark.
Step 1: Download and launch Moyea PPT to DVD Burner, open it and then click “Import” tab to import the Christmas PowerPoint for further conversion.

Step 2: Choose the DVD norm with “Options” tab, customize the DVD menu with “Menu” tab and add background music to the DVD with “Music” tab.

Step 3: Click “Logo” tab, choose “Add…” button to import the image watermark for the Christmas PowerPoint. After setting the size and position of the image watermark, click “Burn” tab to start the conversion from Christmas PowerPoint to DVD movie. When the conversion ends, users have successfully added watermark to the Christmas PowerPoint.
